Having established himself as an invaluable asset in the field, Michael has managed large scale projects across the civil construction and mining sectors for the past 15 years. Michael has a deep passion for professional excellence and is highly proficient in meeting deadlines. Exceptional leadership and communication skills allow him to effectively collaborate with all facets of a project to create a results-driven environment.

A background in diesel fitting has prepared Michael to face niche challenges associated with civil construction and mining operations. His expertise lies in maintaining, diagnosing and repairing heavy machinery and equipment, which in turn ensures optimal performance and productivity.

A dedication to excellence allows him to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues methodically while upholding the highest of safety standards, minimising downtime and in turn, greatly contributing to the overall efficiency of a project.

Michael possesses a comprehensive understanding of the unique demands and challenges of the mining and civil industries. His extensive knowledge and experience in project management guarantees projects are consistently completed ahead of schedule and to the highest of standards.

Stephen Roberts

Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland & NER

Stephen has over 25 years of experience in the engineering sector, specializing in civil infrastructure design and delivery, contract administration, quality assurance and project management. He has a passion for problem solving and strengthening project plans to improve delivery time and enhance project feasibility.

With extensive technical design experience, Stephen adds value to projects by conducting thorough pre-construction documentation review and the establishment of site controls. It is his firm belief that issues can be resolved before costly time delays occur. He is highly proficient in recognising and resolving potential challenges before they surface rather than reacting to problems as they arise.

With industry experience spanning residential, commercial, industrial and mining projects in both design and supervision and client-side project management, Stephen is committed to successful delivery of projects on time and on budget.
